On behalf of the organizing committee, it is a great honor and pleasure to welcome you to World Spine 11, which will take place from September 10–12, 2026, in the City of Homburg, Saarland, Germany.
This international congress brings together experts, innovators, and dedicated professionals from around the world to explore the evolving landscape of spine surgery. From minimally invasive techniques to complex spinal reconstructions, the program will reflect the full spectrum of modern spinal care uniting science, skill, and technology.
The congress aims to create a dynamic forum for learning, collaboration, and advancement in spine surgery.
Attendees can look forward to in-depth lectures, case-based discussions, and hands-on sessions featuring the latest surgical tools and approaches.
The Saarland, located in the border triangle of Germany, France, and Luxembourg. Congress guests can enjoy the famous Saarschleife (a stunning river bend), and the relaxed charm of historic towns like Saarbrücken. WScS MISSION STATEMENT
The World Spinal Column Society’s mission is to advance spine care worldwide by connecting spine surgeons in advanced and emerging nations through high quality education, training and collaborative activities.
The founding Board Members of WScS have previously directed the World Spine Society, which was administered by NASS. As the World Spine Society’s activities have almost ceased, its leading surgeons have joined together to launch WScS, as an independent society. The WScS will not be administrated by NASS.
